Ok so if anyone askes, I got to Idea and permission from 
in order to draw this! This design is all hers!!!!
In other news ... well it's wouldn't be any differnt. My friend drew this idea of Sailor Naruto and because I was in a Sailormoon mood I decided to draw them in the Anime style. I'm still working on the other sailor Scouts, I just thought it would be a good Idea to get these up first.
